How do I cook with Mrs Govender's Curry Paste ?
Cooking with curry paste is really easy. You'll be the envy of your friends and neighbours when it comes to cooking authentic Indian curries.
We've taken care to masterfully blend twenty one Indian spices in a secret recipe All-In-One Curry Paste, so that you can become a master chef in no time. We do NOT use MSG in our paste, and our curry paste has zero percent cholesterol - so it's good for your heart as well.
Follow the basic steps below to create your own master recipes.
STEP FOUR
Add diced tomato for gravy, or; the veggies / or meat that you wish to cook. Add water and simmer.
Curries taste best if cooked slowly, on a lower heat setting.
Garnish with fresh dhania (corriander) for best results.

STEP TWO
Sauté the onion until light brown. And then add the curry paste to taste. Two tsp should be enough to cook a curry to serve 4 people. You can add more curry paste even when the curry is simmering, if you want extra flavour.
STEP ONE
Most Indian curries start off with a little heated oil in a pot, followed by chopped onion for flavour.

STEP THREE
Now your curry base is ready. Add extra chillies for more heat if required.
Add salt to taste.
